Does anyone know where i can get a replacement window for the split sunroof design on my Z? the glass on the passenger side is no longer there and i need to get it replaced asap. Also, i will need the brackets to hold it on as well

 

You mean for the t-tops???? U need the right side? What is your zip code I have one I can sell u just need a zip code for shipping...

 

the 79 didnt come with T-Tops i think hes might have an aftermarket split sunroof... as far as the parts your looking for.. you might just have to get a new sunroof..

 

It is definitely not a t top. as for buying a new one do you know where i could find one?

 

The 280zx never came from the factory w/ a sunroof. At some point in time, someone took the car to a body "chop-shop" and had a sunroof installed. Apparently it was the "cool" thing to do in the 80's. Like ICE said, the only way you'd ever find replacement glass is to call around to mod / customization shops and see if they can get you something that will work, or miraculously find one in a junk yard.

what are the odds lol, there has to be 100 slightly different sunroof designs out there, and you found a match, wish I could do the same for my sunroof gasket lol
