wheel help
my friend has a set of 17" advanti racing rims that i was looking at putting on my 280z, but the front axel bearing are too long so the wheel can not go all the way onto my rotor. Is there an extender or something that i can put onto my rotor so the wheels will have enough room to fit, or should i just get rid of the rims.

Yes, you need spacers.

Look at the specs on these, the Honda wheels are 4x100mm I believe, if your bolt pattern is the same on these wheels (or are they drilled for 2 bolt patterns? - 8 holes), then you must look for different spacers that work with the wheel.
Stock bolt pattern is 4x4.5" or 4x114.3mm, so if the wheels only have 4 lug holes then you will need a different spacer in the correct bolt pattern, but get the same width.
