Pretty easy to install. I mounted mine upside down, and made a small 1/8" thick spacer plate. (the shapes of the Tb's are slightly different) However, if this is done you need to do an entirely new throttle linkage.
I think if you were to make around a 1" spacer, you could put it on the right way, and adapt the old linkage to work. I was planning on a cable linkage from the start anyway, so I opted to put it on the other side.
BTW, if you look at the engine pics on my page, (link at bottom) the last picture at the bottom of the page compares the 240sx and 280zxt throttle bodies. HUGE difference!
