Anyone know the capacity of an R200 diff? Is it 1 liter like the R180? Any reccomendations on weight and brand of oil?

I just changed my diff and tranny together, I used about 3 liters of 80W90 gear oil. It's a borg warner tranny and R200 diff, but that should give you a ballpark... I don't remember the exact figures but it takes less than 3 litres to do both.

They recommend GL5 gear oil in the book, but I've heard anywhere from 75W to 90W
