Gentlemen,

New to this ago.

So I made the mistake of looking and next thing you know I get the fever... you've been there before.

Anyway, it's a 1978 thats 99% rust free with just over 100k miles on it. Listed as excellent condition. Repaint was fair per owner but mechanically in great shape - recent suspension work and injectors replaced etc etc.

So I've done as much research on values as I think I can - prices are all over the place really... This one is listed for $12,000. I won't pay that but thinking of offering $9000 maybe slightly more or maybe just walking is 9k fails.

My question to the group is $9000 to much for a rust free mechanically sound z car?
