get new gasket, permatex high temp rtv silicon, gasket scraper. drain oil completely, unbolt oilpan, scrape off old signs of gasket on both the block and the pan. apply thin layer of permatex to both sides of the gasket, gently apply to the pan (or block, either side) and let it airdry for 10 minutes. Apply oilpan to block, evenly gently tightening the bolts. 15-20 ft lbs at most is what you need. Just hand tighten it enough to where you feel it won't leak. let it sit 24 hours to fully dry and seal
