So hear it is, I have a 73 with a 280 motor and dual weber DVG carbs and the rest is stock except for the 5 speed I put in. My car's idile is around 1300 to 1500! The idle screws are backed all the way out and both mixture screws are 1 1/2 turns out. The timing is good as well as no vac leaks. It does however continue to run for a moment sometimes after I shut off the ignition and it also disels sometimes. So any insight on these problems would be very helpful.
