From memory they're a 17mm head & the thread 'could' be 12mm x 1.25mm.
BUT
If you need new bolts, buy genuine. They take a heck of a load & you don't want to use under-spec fasteners.

I was actually try to order some bolts from ARP but they don't have a listing for the L28. I needed the size to try and cross reference with a different car. If they don't have anything then I'll be ordering from Nissan. Thanks for the info.
