L series turbo

I know people usually ask how much horsepower out of an L28ET standard ... but i want to know how much you can get out of an all out Lseries turbo ... forged pistons, forged rods, linished crank, all ballenced, arp head bolts, aftermarket ecu, big turbo, big injectors etc etc etc ??

has anyone done this to their turbo l series and what results did they get ??

Electromotive got 650 HP out of their race car , but then
again those engines didn't have to live all that long before
they got rebuilt.

was that 650hp at the crank ?

you already got forged rods and crank. You can get as much as you can afford I guess. Streetable car, I think jeffp got 400RWHP out of 3.1L turbo.

all L6 came with forged rods and crank so yes. all you really need is good prep and forged pistons.

Don't forget Jeffp's set up has been stroked, the bottom end is not stock.

Now this is TimZ's, Non-diesel crank but using longer rods.
It's how you build to match everything up makes great HP

wouldnt putting longer rods in decrease how the engine revs even more and also increase compression ??

so what do we all think about an L26 with a P90 head turbo'd .. ? we dont have hardly any turbo motors over here ...

i want about 450 hp at the back treads
?
