Injector Question?

Injector Question?
I need a couple of questions answered. First, what is the correct style of tip on the injector for a 77 280Z? Second, What is the flow rate of the injector? And last but not least, Has anybody ever used the Accel injectors? When I took mine out to check to see which ones were working, I found that I had three different styles of tips. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the injector is a barbed type injector. The flow rate isn't very high, if I remember correctly, somewhere around 190 cc's or so. I could be wrong. That's weird how you had three different style tips. I changed two of my injectors and they both looked the same. (4 and 6 cylinder) If you want a cheap method for higher flowing injectors on your z, you can use ZXT injectors on your car. They flow like 270cc's.

Yeah one had a turned down tip with a plastic insert like a atomizer. Another one had a striaght plastic tip slightly rounded with the injector needle protruding through and then there was one that was turned down with no insert at all. I thought this was strang to say the least. Where can I find that injector that mentioned? Is that a Nissan 82ZXT?

Can't help you with what type they are but I do have a complete set out of a '77 sitting in my garage I'll part with for a decent offer plus shipping if you're interested. I decided to carb my car after I found out how much it will cost to replace all the stuff the kid before me removed.

You're correct for your injectors, any turbo ZXT from 81-89 should work. They all have the same injectors as far as I know. The straight sixes are alot easier to get to though compared to the V6 Z31's. Most salvage yards sell them cheap. I bought my injectors for 8 bucks a piece.
