Are there any distiguishing characteristics of the R200 limited slip? I am looking at a 78z and the cocer over the rearend is almost round. Is this typical?

R200 LSD's the Holy Grail came out of 1987-1989 300ZXT's. David(1tuffZ) is right they had a finned covered to help in cooling the diff. Its a R200 3.7 Rear end

The 1988 300ZX SS (Shiro Special) All white 300ZX is a VLSD
Viscous, so it takes more modification to fit your Z.

I've been looking for this 87-89Turbo 300ZX LSD for too many years now. One day I will find the Holy Grail
