Re: Headlight Covers
I have had both clear and tinted on my car. The tinted looked the best, but I may as well not had any headlights. I then put a set of clear on, About all they were good for was to catch dirt. when I repainted the car, I filled in the mounting holes and I will not EVER put any more on.
I sure do not recommend them

Re: Headlight Covers
I got some tinted headlight covers on my 260z, and they look crayz, day and nite, they really finish off the lines of the Z, I wouldn't put them on a Z if u want the classic look, but i want a more modern look for my Z, and I'm going to do alot of body mods, no rear bumper, shaving alota things, airdam etc..
check my profile, got some pics in there i think with the headlight covers on... and if u do get the tinted version, make sure that u have better headlights than the stock ones, i have hologen lights in my fronts, and its not as bright as I would like it to be, but its perfectly fine for normal driving

I have a Motorsport Auto magazine with all the Z and ZX parts and accessories. It has all the right headlight covers and so much more. Toll free 1-800-633-6331 or you can go to www.zcarparts.com to order the catalog.
Hope that helps

Re: Headlight Covers
I had the headlight covers on my car. Clear and Tinted. The tinted looked so good on a white Z. I got the idea from 1tuffZ's 240z looks great. check out my rides for a look. Only problems I had with them was that the nutter who drilled the mounting holes for the clear ones I had did them badly and that's the key with these to get those as accurate as possible because otherwise dirt and crap gets underneath them and they will have to be takes off to clean each time.
Unfortuantely they were smashed when the car was totaled :-(. anyway see how it goes.
