Head Bolts?

This might be a silly question but everyone talks about switching heads on blocks, but no one says where they get their head bolts from and I cant find a place to get a replacement head bolt kit other than ARP which sells them at $140 . Local parts stores don't carry them here so please help. Thank you.

Better yet, are the bolts reusable because i thought they were stretched when used, but on this site http://www.network54.com/Forum/threa...&lp=1049827695 they say otherwise. Any help would be appreciated. thanx.

I have a 1978 280Z with an L28 block fuel injected, an I am going to convert it to an E88 head with carbs. The wiring harness and ECU are fried off of the FI system so I bought the transmission and engine off of a rotting 71 240z.
