Got some new rims for trade

well i'm trading my iron crosses for these...

they are 195/65R15's with great tread.
The fronts will have spacers to clear the struts but the rears won't need them.

i'll be tossing em on my 77

don't worry they are not going to stay chrome. they look alot better in person. I think i'll media blast them and paint em flat black or something like that.

If you put a spacer on the front, and not on the back... You're going to have serious handling issues.

This has been covered in great detail.

Either put spacers (Actually, spacers suck... you need hub adaptors) on all four or not at all.

how much spacer is needed, like 5mm, or 30mm? spacers work for small distances, but anything larger, go adapters like rod says

they are like the 5mm just enough to keep them from rubbing on the front struts. In the guys 510 they worked just fine and his has a turbo motor in it. We will see though.

rota are good rims.. however i rarely see them with the proper offset.. they are primarily used by honduh people... they are affordable fairly strong and pretty damn light.

510's have mid offset so if the wheel is narrow enough they can run modern FWD offset type wheels. Those are just wrong on your Z... wrong! They'll be tucking inside those deep fenders worse than the stock 14" six stars!

Get some zero offset 15's

you should buy those wheels but don't let that crazy guy pick you up from the airport... you might not make it to your Final Destination!

a -12??? you wouldnt need any offset.. it might actually stick out of the wheel well. also.. those are old as hell haha... idk... i say save up and then buy rims you truly want...

i sorta have grown fond of them, so i might just media blast em and powder coat gunmetal gray with a polished lip... even though there is no real "lip"
