look for creases near the firewall on the box section of the chasis and near the front radiator former ... they usual dent around there ... also take a tape measure and measure from on corner of the engine bay to the other (diagonaly) and do it on the other side ... if the measurements are the same you are ok
eg from front left corner of radiator former to right side of firewall then do it from front right to back left etc...

Also, if you are driving down the street and you have to keep your steering wheel turned to one side just to stay in the lane then your frame might be bent!
Or, if your car looks like the attached image above, then your frame "might" be bent.
