Chevy 350 installed in a 240Z?
I'm new to the Zs, but I'm considering buying one. A 72' or 73' 240Z to be exact. I want to put in a chevy engine. I've been reading about the chevy 350 small block a bit recently. I was wondering if it will fit in the 240Z with out to much trouble?

Check out http://hybridz.org and you'll find all the info needed for your swap.
The 350 is a pretty common swap.

Yes, and it makes an awesome conversion. As recommended above, go to Hybrid Z http://www.hybridz.org where lots of people have done it.
You can see one right here that was a "Car of the Month" https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index...0Month/2000-03 way back in March 2000.
And a couple of newer shots are located here http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...page_id=236622
You can buy the conversion manual from Jags That Run http://www.jagsthatrun.com/Pages/Datsun_Z_V-8.html
Good luck!
