I had my dashboard and tail lights go out on me before once. It was the fuse in the fuse box located on the passenger side. I'm pretty sure it's a 15amp fuse in the first column of fuses going down. The blinkers might not work due to a bad connection somewhere. I found mine were loosely connected and that caused them to work intermittently. Good luck and I hope this helps.

same problem here my lights cut out, dash lights cutt out, blinkers cut out etc....
just because the fuses are loose in the housing when i press harder on them i get my things working so im gonna havta get some plyers and squize the fuse housing
also mine fuse housings are pretty dirty so ima havta clean em too check for that too
