Regulator

There is a small 1 to 2 inch hose on the fuel regulator connecting it to the intake. I thought it would be a vaccume line. but it's just gushing fuel though that hose into the intake. Regulator bad?

Definitely a bad regulator. That is supposed to be just a vacuum line to keep fuel pressure at spec above manifold pressure/vacuum.

Interesting. I've heard about that happening, but never actually seen it. Bet you were running EXTREMELY rich.
