Red face gas tank swap?

I'm tired of the fuel filter gunking up on me..I'm thinking about getting a new gas tank or just taking the tank and coating the inside..because of budget issues I'm leaning toward the latter..Does it work or should I just throw down the $350 for a new tank..Thanks

You can get your tank boiled out by a radiator shop for around a $100.

Go to KBScoatings.com and get their fuel tank restore kit. I did my whole tank for under $80. Its a cleaner and sealer kit so no more rust issues. For the price of a new tank you can get a nice fuel cell installed.

Did the kbs coating on my tank and do not regret it, no more clogged fuel pumps or fuel filters since, only $80

You might want to check and see if you have a local Gas Tank Renu shop near you. http://gastankrenu.com/ I had mine 240Z tank done over 10 years ago and its still fine.
