Assuming no one changed anything from the stock configuration of your car before you got it, then you have a "4 on 4 1/2" pattern (4 lugs, 4.5" circle), and neutral (or zero) offset. Of course, the wheels were obviously added aftermarket, and who knows if the PO decided they wanted a little more/less offset. You may want to measure it yourself, just to be sure, or even just take a wheel to a decent tire shop and ask them to measure it (if that's convenient, maybe not if it's your only vehicle).

VW four-bolt wheels are 4X100mm. Z wheels are 4X113mm, so they cannot be swapped. This page may help you out though: http://kmhafer.datsun510.com/wheelFAQ.htm
