does not condone trade, commercial or private with Nigeria. Be very wary of a guy that wants you to pay using Western Union or is also a Prince that needs you to pay the tax on a check he wants you to cash so he can save his people from poverty.

bottom line is, sounds too good to be true, it is.

It would be nice if scams set up similarly to this one were prosecutable, maybe then less people would try them.

kinda tough to prosecute them in Nigerea. we get a few scam emails a week at work from guys in Nigeria. we have fun with them. play along till we get card numbers, and then call the cards in to be deactivated. then we tell them the cards were declined, and they send us more card numbers!! we got about 10 cards shut down from one guy once.

wouldnt it be funny if some of these people where actually honest? when i was selling my 280zx a guy in the middle east did a wire transfer to my account and it ended up being completely legit, he even payed me for all the BS with the shipping company.
