Attention buyers,

Do not buy from Raymond Gonzalez aka z-rider. I purchased a factory turbo spoiler from him that he said was in, "great shape" for $140 + $30 shipping.
The seller misrepresented the item as it was not in the condition which he described it as. The spoiler was missing two of the seven mounting studs
which made the item unusable.

I had to file a dispute with PayPal which I won. He filed an appeal but was
denied because the item was not as described. Fortunately, I was able to
recover the $140 from PayPal. However, they would not refund me the
$30 for shipping because it was sent as a personal payment. I also had to spend an additional $21 to ship the spoiler back to the seller. Paypal does
not provide buyer protection for personal payments.

I requested a refund from the seller for the $30 which he has not refunded.
I sent him several emails and private messages about it. He has not responded
to the most recent one.

Why am I posting this? Because zcar.com is a community of z car owners that come to the forums to share ideas, conduct business and trade. Buyers have a right to know which buyers they can trust and which ones they can't.
I don't like getting screwed over and no one else deserves to be screwed over
by sellers who are dishonest. I hope the $30 was worth your reputation Raymond.
