i think its las vegas tint on craig, i have his card somewhere he does all the cars for planet nissan so u knows the cars well, he did my buddies xterra and Z it came out very nice i'll try to find his card and post info later

Not supposed to have tint on front windshield at all lol.. i can pay the 190 ticket and keep ity on but its cheaper just to remove it and add it again

I had mine done at DCX Automotive Innovations, 2695 S Decatur Blvd. # 700 (south of Sahara, on the west side of Decatur). They do all the cars for Desert Nissan. I have had no problems in 2 1/2 years with the tint. Highly Recommended. (IIRC it was @ $200)

We get all of our stuff done at Total Eclipse on Sahara & Rainbow area. They always do a good job.

I honestly dont think tinting is that big of a job ... tinters are dime a dozen, im just trying to find the one that will do the job for a nickle lol

I went to Tint Devils on Sahara. I'm pretty happy with their work other than the fact that they put a scratch in my bumper and then had to be repainted. They foot the bill for that though. My total was around $160 with 5% limo tint all the way around.

Like I said, real race cars don't have windows. :D

Well if we can get a group discount, count me in for my Pathfinder... I prefer 3M film but if there is an equal, I can go that route as well.

I'm probably going to remove my tint and go darker.

Updated price for Tint Devils. Waiting to hear back from Total Eclipse.

I just called one randomly in the phone book the other day and it was $190 with no discounts for my path... Front strip was an extra $10 (just FI) if it makes it any cheaper I will go 5%

I see. The thing is that we dont know if they do quality work. Only reason I called tint devils is because one of our member posted that they had a good experience.

Tint Devils has the best price so far. I called some more places but they didn't want to work something out. Let me know what you guys think.

I have a good tint guy.. he's mobile - he came to my house and did it in my garage.

Can you please give us details. Phone? How much did he charge? Any discount for multiple cars?

I have to call-- I have his card in my desk somewhere... Im not sure if I can get discounts, last I remember, he was one of those guys that had no... sense of humar, just... a very dull guy . lol, I dont know if that makes a differnce but, just saying.

I recommend that you go with one of the pro places that uses a machine they program to custom cut the exact factory spec pieces for your car. It comes out waaay better than a guy with a razor blade.

Price isn't everything.
If you don't get quality it is a waste of money.

I'll call the tint shop I have always gone to. He should be good for a discount. However, I don't think he'll do the front windshield. I have never had any problems with him. Proabably a good 10 cars I've used him for, not a problem yet.

Tint Devils also gives you a lifetime warranty, so even if you mess it up, they will replace the piece free of charge. So, I'm pleased.

So far we have a good price from Tint Devils.

We also have to find out when is a good day to go. Saturday?

What is the exact date for this? This coming Saturday, next Saturday?

My dad needs his '07 GT500 and '07 Saleen PJ tinted, but the date may be a deal breaker.

My plan is for this Saturday but we can change it.

^^^Well, its really up to me since I am his fleet bitch lol. I will be the one taking the cars to get tinted. This Saturday I may be going down to Relentless Autosports to get Kelli's car, but most likely it will not be done by then. We are at the mercy of the guy painting the headlights and they will probably be done either Friday or Monday. If its not ready and I am in town this coming Saturday I can do it as long as I am out of there by noon as I have a graduation party to go to at 1:00pm.

Next week on Saturday? Will that work?

I can't make it this Saturday. Going down to Relentless to pick up Saturday Afternoon and spending the weekend in LA/San Deigo.

Possibly, yes. That Friday I will be doing their instructor certification course. If I pass I will either be instructing, Saturday, Sunday, or both.

I can make it Saturday, but I need to know if I can be first in line for the tint job. My kids have a dentist appointment at 3:00pm on Saturday, I have all morning available though....let me know what time I need to be there.
