There is a reason that people get fake boobies...because they look better than their natural boobies. Its the same reason we put aftermarket wheels on our cars.

 

I'm pretty picky about those. If they are proportional and look natural I'm fine with it. If they look like the surgeon tried cramming a pair of grapefruits into some stockings then ehh... not so much.

I'll take natural itty bitties over huge and obviously fake any day.

 

Ty - I agree with you. To clear things up, I am only refering to nicely done and tasteful ones that look like flawless natural boobies.
