New shift knob
 

I guess the OEM shift knob is too heavy for my short shifter and it was causing the shifter to rest on the guide plate while in gear, thus causing a loud metal-on-metal rattle.

I switched to the lighter Nismo carbon fiber knob and all of the rattling stopped!!!

Put that in your hip pocket if you hear of anyone this problem (mine is the B&M).

Nice! I guess my Nismo Titanium GT knob was still too heavy for the 350EVO shifter, but the rattling stopped when I switched to B&M.
