Hey guys,
Some idiot in a green chevy pick up, plate # 600DEN, ran into Lisa last night down near Russell and Stephanie...and then took off.
The important thing is she is OK.
However, if any of you see this truck please call me at 619-300-9852.
We made an acciddent report and HPD said that the plate was fake.

what kind of green chevy pick up? Any more details would greatly help.

That's so f'ed up. I'm in the area and will keep an eye out. Where is the damage on the Chevy? Although that probably won't make it stick out...

The truck is a green shortbed stepside. Probably a Silverado. It should have damage to the right rear wheel fender or quarter panel. Lisa'a car is black, so it should have black paint on the green.
I realize we will probably not find them...but just trying makes us both feel a little bit better.
Her car is scraped up down the entire drivers side. We will just have to pay the deductible and get it fixed.

Fake plate, hmmm. This should be interesting. If he's not entirely stupid he may get another fake. :( Truck description will probably be the best bet.

Yeah, I've seen fake plates before...I think you can buy them at the Hoover Dam and on the strip. They look pretty real now that the state plates aren't 3D punched (embossed, I think is the word) anymore.

Glad your friend is alright. Yeah the odds are low you may catch this idiot. But you never know there are alot of really stupid ones out here.
