Autocross 09/18
 

This will probably be the last autocross for a few months since the October race has been cancelled. Winners of their class will get tickets to "Double Down in the Desert" NASCAR Truck and Champ Car Race on September 24th. The event is at Sam Boyd with registration from 7:00am - 8:30am, races start at 9:00am. IF YOU ARE LATE FOR REGISTRATION YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE. They are enforcing this rule every event, and every event I hear somebody bitching that they got turned away for bieng late. Cost is $30.00 for SCCA Members, $40 for non-SCCA members, and $20 for 1st time drivers with coupon. The coupon can be found at www.lvrscca.org.

Your still too fast for me to challenge for straight up times, you might need to give me a handicap. :D

See who can get the most/least cones.

I would say PAX times, but we are in the same class. I don't think there is a fair challenge for autocross.

Sounds like I missed out on some fun.

Yeah, it was pretty fun yesterday.

Yeah I had a good time. I wish there was more people out there though. During the afternoon session when Karim and I were co driving my car, we didn't even have enough time to switch magnets and strap in before we were going up to the line again.

How many runs did you get?

^^^ We got 12. 6 in the morning, and 6 in the afternoon. Actuall I had a re-run so I got 13 :)
