I am planning on attending as long as my new hood arrives. They won't let me ride without it....

I'm signed up for both days.

I want to, but
A) don't have the funds
B) will be extremely hung over from my gf's b-day Friday night.
C) still need work done on my car
D) did I mention I didn't have the $. :D

I'm a little tapped out too. Seems my union overpaid me $8,000 while on disability and they want it back.

I wanted to, but I have to go pick up my cah that weekend.

As long as that hood shows up, we are in business....

Yes, if I go. I may not be going at all. The head instructor and I aren't exactly getting along right now lol. His personality and my personality really don't mix well I am finding out. If we work out or differences I will be there, if not, I may go to Cal Speedway and run the ROVAL with SpeedVentures instead :unibrow:.

So I just found out that my hood was never shipped. :fripper: But he says that it should be on the shipment today and he will 2 day air it to me... But that still won't make it on time... So I am out... Sorry... Unless someone has an extra hood laying around?

I may go out there to watch. I will have my new exhaust on without a new tune so I don't want ot push her.

I am taking the whole family to the track, we have 7 sealts if you don't feel like driving. I will be putting the exhaust on either early morning or late evening because its going to be 100 on Sat.

He will have a newly supercharged Z! Of course he will feel like driving :).

nice, very very true.... If I remember correctly, when I put my TT on I didn't turn off the car for 3 dayz;)

I've got a nice 4-5 hour drive ahead of me on Saturday. Hopefully I can get it out of my system by the end of the trip.

Sucks , well hopefully they blue 06 will be there , i ran into him a month ago and he said he's only doing Sunday. Thats alright , i'll have to put the smack down on a few Posche's myself.LOL

No passengers , unless your an instructer/student combo . There will be a couple of instructers offereing rides for $20 . The pay to ride thing is great if your coming out to watch , it will give you an idea of what its like.

So even if your not going to drive it , show up , show support , bring water , chill out and watch some fun. Its a great crowd , and of course a chance to be around some cool action.

Nope , not you . Its another guy from base. He ran the last event on sunday only. I talked to him at the last autocross on base.

I may be able to take passengers. I am leaving in about an hour to go to the track for an instructor certification class and if I pass, I will be an instructor on Sunday. I don't know if I will be able to take anybody around, or just students though. I will find out today.

I know this is a stretch, but would my 5 year old son be able to go for the "$20 ride"? If not, I am sure my wife will go.

Who/ when on Saturday. I'd love to head out there and watch. Maybe a few of us should meet up and drive out together?

I doubt it , also i dont know if the norm will be inforced , IE long sleeves and pants for rides. Hopefully they will have a couple helmets there for rides too. If not plan to bring your own SA approved helmet.

saw a Z on Maryland Parkway near Mooses today with a number plate of 201.

I would've been miserable out there anyways. Turns out I've got tendonitis in my right foot. Can't put any weight on it.

Well, the weekend is over. I went today to instruct, unfortunately, the EVO didn't make it out there due to a leaky valve stem in the new wheels. I had the time of my life instructing and was lucky with some awesome students, including Terrasmark. I must say, the PCA runs a hell of a beginner program because everybody I hopped in the car with was well ahead of where I was my first or second weekend. Can't wait to get back out there with the EVO. Kam, who is running SMMR next?
