Roll call for the Racer Factory Open Track Days/Racing School at Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch in Pahrump, NV. I don't think many people will actually do this because it is $300 and most people don't want to track their cars, but I will do a roll call anyways.

Two weeks later (April 2 - 3) the Porsche Club has open track time / drivers ed at the Pahrump track. Cost is $175 per day or $300 for both days. You don't have to be a member to come out and play. LMK if anybody want more info.

 

That event is co-mingling with the SCCA PDS event right?

I will probably go and just do one day as well.

Looks like its going to rain all weekend on us Rob. Thats ok though, because if you learn to drive fast in the rain, you will drive A LOT faster when its dry.

 

Now the weather shows rain on Saturday, Partly cloudy with a 20% chance on Sunday. Thay would be a cool combo. Rain one day and sun the next. You get the best of both worlds.

 

Bad news for me...I can't go now. The bleeder valve on one of my Brembo calipers busted off so I have no brakes. There goes $300, plus whatever it takes to get a new bleeder valve. Hopefully Racer Factory can give me a credit for another weekend.

 

Well it looks like the part is $16.95 from Planet Nissan and it will take a 2-3 business days to get here. I was hoping that they would have one in stock so I can make it to the track tomorrow (Sunday), but I guess thats out of the picture. I am going to go up there to check it out and take some photos/video though.

The Twisted Z (showcar)and I will be in town March 20 to the 23 rd... Staying at the Sahara hotel and the TwistedZ stays in the Valet area in front of registration the whole time I'm in town.
