what do u guy's think of my new car and what should i do to mod it first step?

First thing to do is make sure all maintenance work is up to date. After that...intake, exhaust, more boost etc. Check out the z31.com mods page. It's old and has some errors but it's a very good place to start. And skip that 240sx TB mod or at least use a TB from an 89-92 Stanza for an easier install.
