Stock turbo info needed

Hey there- i'm new and just had a quick question. I already searched but i couldn't find what i wanted....

What turbo came stock on a '83 280zx turbo? What size? Who made it? What are the specs (trim, a/r of compressor and turbine)

Thanks alot and any other info on them would be great...are they fairly reliable? I mean just the turbo itself, it's going on my '95 Probe GT. Thanks.

Stock T3 turbo for ZX were made by Garrett Air Research. 0.63 A/R which is bigger than the T3's that the Ford's used (0.48). Reliability is a relative term. Depends on how you take care of it and what condition it's in before you use it. They are non ball bearing, but the spool time isn't too long. On a ZXT you'd hit boost by 2700 revs.
