Turbo AFM

what internal modifications do i have to make to slap my turbo AFM into my NA i got em both out on the table...do i just swap the whole board and the connector??
also try answer my question about the large TB thx

like swap the board
or swap the board and the lil sliding arm or do i keep the sliding arm of the turbo n just swap the board....cuz the turbo one has more travel...and the na circuit board has short travel....???

and then losen the adjustments crew up. You start from there and tighten it slowly to tune it.
I sent you an email to your yahoo account with the AFM adjustment image i've had since the Zdriver days of old... I have a turbo AFM, and a rebuild non-turbo AFM. I never did the swap, and now my Z's dead.

about that adjusting screw...what if you dont have one???
like i look at it where its suppose to be theres something but i ant jam a screwdriver or nothing to turn it out...i can see it has threads on the bottom trough lil opening by the flap...

aaah, ya now I see your email doesnt' work.

Anyway, my transmission bit the dust. That's all. The engine runs just as good as the day it was built. (almost) ...I'm driving the 620 to work these days.

man sweet that helps alot...
one more Q for yah tho...see that extra black wire with the clip on it...well on my old circuit board and that arm that sticks out i dont have extra leg to hook that pin up to...so whats that wire for..maybe i could solder it onto the leg or somethin

yay i did something all mighty Z wiz didnt do yet...
well i put it all together after taking it off agian cuz i didnt port match my intake, so got that done...now...lol...another question.....
i...the stupid guy... didnt mark my injector plug ins or the other extra 3 plugins that are same style as the injector....
one goes on the cold start valve, one on the air regulator and other on that thermal switch or whatever...anyways
how can i tell which wire is injector one, which is injector 2 and so on and so forth....

Can't help you on the wires I marked mine. But have you used the modified afm? What are you using to connect it to the throttle body? Or did you get a turbo one? Cause I'm thinking about the conversion.

oh i got the injectors figured out and everything cars been runnin GREAT!!
well my TB is also bigger...it is from a 240SX

noticeable difference in power? Was it hard to do the afm conversion? Did everything work fine with the afm when you put it together?

hehe well i will find out next week...i havnt driven the car yet but next week we move since my parents bought a house..YAY! GARAGES FINALY!! anyways everything worked EXCELLENT when i fired the car up...no probs...so i havnt taken it out yet but i can tell you engine runs WAY better...and my cold starts are WAY improved too...doesnt bogg down...ill tell you in a week how if preformance was affected in any way...the actual conversion was real easy just gotta figure out what to make the new boots out of...
i got a 60mm TB, 2.5" exhaust all the way out no CAT with a borla muffler, turbo AFM and i gotta get a cone KN filter...
