Does the fuel pump kick on when the key is turned to just before the 'start' positon? There is a relay for it. If you open the passenger door, and look at the doorjamb (on the body, not on the door) you will see a black kinda triangle shaped vent. The relay is inside there. It's screwed to the body of the car, so you will probably have to access it by prying off the plastic trim panel that is part of the wheelwell cover. Check that relay, and also check the ignition relay. Also check your fuse for the fuel pump, it's the 2nd one down in the second row of fuses. If it's the fuse, then replace the fuse and try and figure out what may have blown it in the first place.
