So my driver side window doesn't function properly. The window goes up and down on command, but when it goes as far up as it can it makes a loud ticking/clacking noise. It also doesn't seal perfectly because it seems like it isn't aligned properly. There is a small gap between the window seal rubber and the glass near the side mirror. It seems like the regulator works ok, but something else isn't working right. Any ideas?
