Making a road trip (well flying really) to Orlando this Saturday to look at a 93 ZX non turbo w/ 86k one owner miles. Have run Carfax ect and have gotten complete records from ZTECH where it has been serviced from day one. Any tips on anything we (son is looking to get into the Z family) should look hard at with this year? Any help would be great. Also I would like to make a new member out of him.

 

Mine's a '93. The cars to buy are 92-95. 90-91 had smaller brakes that were upgraded in '92. '93 was the first year with a driver's side airbag. '94 on up had both driver's and passenger's bags. '96 was the last year but had reduced HP because of emissions regulations. Other than that, just look at the standard things you'd look for when buying a used car...

 

Got the 93. Black w/tan leather, 78k one owner miles and all maintanence records. Ride back to Greenville was great, tight and runs nothing but smooth. See you all at Feb. meeting.

 

i have a 1993 300zx that i love i also have a 1990 300zx that i love , but due to money problems im going to have to sell for cheap too bad i have put over 1,000 dollars worth of 120k matinece on it,,
