Just before I got my car, I noticed it had a few specs of white road paint on it: some on the hood and left fender. It didn't bother me at first but now I'm a little more focused on the looks of the car. Is there anything that can remove the road paint without removing my car's paint?

 

try rubbing compound.. or you can always light wet sand and buff..
