ive just got the latest version of java and i still cant get in to the Zchat

firewalls? i turn mine off...get in and turn it back on...

i got mozilla firefox. how do i do that?

It's not part of mozilla.

1. Make sure you have the latest java: http://java.sun.com
2. Check your firewall settings: port 6667 for IRC, or turn it off if you have a router/firewall in place.

i still cant connect. I got the latest version of java and i turned off the firewall. I keep getting this message-

Unable to connect: java.security.accesscontrolexception: access deined ( java.ney.socketpermission irc.sorcery.net resolve

I was getting that message too Apollo. Sometimes it lets me in, and sometimes it doesn't. They say to turn your firewall off to enter and then turn it back on once you're in there.

Are you using IE or Firefox?

If you are using IE you probably have some security zone messed up, try downloading firefox and run it there, typically spyware/adaware resets your security zones and can mess things up. :(

i got that one day too, talked for about an hour or so, kyle is cool in person, or about as close as it gets for me, he doesnt like being held above the rest of use, which i think is totally cool
