1985 300zx for sale $2000 OBO
 

Hey all,
I have for sale my 1985 300zx, NA 5 speed. I am selling it because I am back in school and don't have time for it anymore. The car is in North Hollywood, Ca. I have a movie of the car running, contact me and I can send it to you or would like more pictures.

To start: the car runs strong, is road legal, passed emissions recently, is licensed and titled in California. I have the title in hand, but it is a salvage. As far as I can tell the car hasn't been majorly wrecked so I am assuming the salvage title is from theft (but I'm not sure). I have replaced the valve cover gaskets, battery, coolant and did an oil change. Whoever owned it before me put an aftermarket exhaust on it so it makes a very nice noise when revved up (I set my neighbors car alarm off when driving by when I revved it). I have paperwork from the previous owner who did a standard tune up as well.

I began body work on it but ran out of money as I need to pay tuition so the car is prepped for primer and paint. I gutted the interior in hopes of making this car a cruiser. It does have both front seats, door panels, dash board, and headliner and other misc. trim pieces. The carpet is gone as it was terrible (stained) when I bought it, as are the back seats, backrest and trunk lining.

The car has had a full brake job pads and rotors on all four wheels. I took it out today and was driving down the highway at 80 and it was very smooth. Acceleration is great in the car.

The car is a project car but does function very well.
