Does it really have a 2.5L engine?

It should have either a 2.4, 2.6, or the original engine at 2.8L

Engine Size

I may be incorrect on the engine size. It is a 6 cylinder for sure. It is fuel injected for sure and it is the original engine.

The car is in storage at present. What is the easiest way for me to tell what engine it has? Is there a stamping on the valve cover, or do I need to look it up in a VIN database? Any ideas?
