i think my 1982 280zxt 2+2 is a he , because no matterhow much abuse i hve put him threw he has always stood strong and he has never gave up like a gurl car would, since mine is a turbo andi have a few mods to it i call it my narsatistic z car !!! yes i finnaly have a name for him !!!the dark blue exterior and the blue seats make it very Masculiane :-) how he wants to take off after been driving about 70 miles just brings a smile to my face !!! i know my z car is a he becuase only i can make him run better ( no i am not gay ) just to let every one know that its kinda funny thou on female cars that u have to talk to them and let them know ( they are loved ) kinda like in real life u know ? lol ...by the wya new up date on the 1981 280zxt 2 seater auto tranny everything is off the car and ready to be sold let me know if any body needs any parts ... anything !!

Well damn. I just saw the poll and thought it was asking if I was a him or a her. I feel stupid.

I'd have to say my Z is definitely a lady. A Fair one at that, but if you want to say it's a him. At least all the pre-Z31s are pretty boys, because not that many guys are smooth and round like that. I'll stick with a tomboyish her. She puts out and does well, does have problems, but keeps on going. That's why I love her.

My car's name is Car......Car is a female.....Car does not like it when people refer to her in the masculine or neutral sense......Car will eat you.....

 

My z is a he, for the simple fact that he dosn't take **** just like me.
I call him scar because my sofmore year in high school I got in a nearly fatle acident in a ford tempo nearly killed me. I hit a bus that was siting still wille I was going very fast. my ford went under the bus my right hand came off the will, and went through the wiendshield. the hood curled up and tryed to come through the wind shield my hand got smashed between the glass and the hood cuting the tendens. I got surgery and now I have big z on my hand frome the insition. I always have loved the z cars, now I am blessed enough to live a longer life and bare the z emblem on my hand and tell about it.

as with all the HE's in the world--my 3 z31's are she's--the black turbo is a red headed biatch, the slicktop na is 'piglet ' and the fairlady is soooo fair! my sailboat is a she, also. has a yanmar engine inboard and is a boat, therefor, a she. don't have a name for the fairlady yet, tho'.

 

ok i finally get to say this...thank you so much for the Z he she thing. first off....fairlady Z.....LADY......lol. second off....i dont know about you but i dont want to gettin up into a guy every morning i wake up. just a thought...

My '82 is a female (factory color code is Jade Gray, thus the name "Jade").

I named my other Z's after cartoon characters and bought corresponding key chains, cuz it was difficult to remember which keys went to which car, so:

73 240Z was Pluto, a male, cuz he was yellow (Big Bird didn't suit him )
80 280ZX was Black Widow, a female, cuz she was black and pita to strip
81 280ZX was Scooby, a male, cuz he was a copper tone, similar to Scooby-Doo
84 300ZXT is Taz, a male, cuz he spools like the Tazmanian Devil
86 300ZX was Cookie Monster, a male, cuz I had a hard time finding a blue cartoon character key chain
97 Taurus is The Bull, a male, cuz there's no female bulls - lol

Hmmm, is Oscar from Sesame Street blue? Cookie Monster was the only one that came to mind when I named my 86.

 

oscar is the green garabage man grouche...there was a character that looked similare to elmo that was blue...not cookie monster though...cant think of his name.

 

I also refer to my Z as THE Z!!! but I call it her otherwise, the whole, "Im only in females" is thinking tomuch for me but whatever floats yer boat.

 

yup my zx is a female, why you'll ask, she likes to bitch, not cool, so i just unplugged her, tired of all that ****, so yeah. I named her linsey, cause thats what i was going to name my kid...

 

Well if your car named linsey likes to bitch I hope your kid wont or get tired of her ****.

 

No she Past, that why i named her that , so i can fix her, make her better, and give her love, being the only female now in my life.
