That is a factory built Lambo... They made a bunch of them. It's called the LMA (AKA Lama). It started out as a potential Italian military vehicle but it was so cool that Lamborghini SPA decided to produce them and sell them on the open market. It's a "Real" Lamborghini in other words, not some one-off mod job.
