what a retard. If you look at the map thats not exactly a winding road and he crashed doing only 100mph in a Ferrari. Either that guy is a complete douschbag and had no place owing one of those cars in the first place or Ferrari needs to take it back to the drawing board seeing how as every time one hits the road it winds up in more peices then it was in before assembly :rolleyes: Something tells me it's the former rather then the latter.

What is a guy that can afford to drive an Enzo doing living in Provo anyway? and... I wonder if that's the same guy who's Enzo was profiled on that episode of "Rides" a couple of years ago... Hmmm. I think I would have spent the money to move out of the sticks before I bought that car... Then again, if I had the choice between living in Provo WITH an Enzo, or living anywhere else WITHOUT one... I guess I'd stay in the shadow of the Wasatch Range after all... Nevermind :)

I have to agree that if you crash an enzo at only 100mph there has to be something wrong. I'd still think it'd handle pretty well at 100, being so close to the ground and being built as a car meant to go far faster. Ahh well too bad for him. This guy should have learned how to drive this thing before he decided to take it to 100. Now I wonder, why is it I've heard of so many different Z drivers here hitting 100+ in there Zs, but never ending in a huge smashup?

Hell, I've driven my 4runner to 100 without any problems, and it still drove like a charm.

so was he doing nearly 100mph or nearly 200mph??? Hmmm....two sources, salt lake tribune and ABV 4 have him approaching 100mph. But streetfire.net has him at nearly 200mph. Well either he's an idiot for crashing at less then 100mph. Or he's doubly an idiot for thinking he could get to 200mph on a public highway in UT and think it was going to be as smooth as race track. The odds of NOT hitting a bump or dip at those speeds? Pretty slim.

I honestly don't think streetfire.net is a reliable source, considering that the majority of their videos are ricers revving at high end sports cars, I know that has no effect on who the owners are but, Im more willing to believe a local report than anything else. Eventhough the Enzo is essentially a street legal race car it still has 500+ hp and if the guy mistakenly or intentionly gave it too much throttle it's very likely that the car could've just spun out even at that speed. However I do agree that anyone that owns and drives an exotic of any kind at all, should not be allowed to be such an idiot while in the drivers seat. My last Z was a 1980 2 seater 5-speed with over 80,803 on the broken odometer. It was missing almost all of the frame rails, had no floor boards, every exterior panel on the car was rusted, no interior, no a/c, no p/s, old bald tires, original suspension etc. I was racing a dodge stealth down a long stretch of highway in the middle of the night with some of those small bridges every now and then causing the car to bump a little. Even still the car felt firm and well planted while I was at the very top of fifth gear, 5400rpm full throttle in the car I Just described. I even had a blow out in the rear! BUT, the car was STILL firm on the road and I slowly pulled to the side, came back the next day and was driving the car again
