if ya havent figured out i am not specificly into Z's, rather just older japanese cars from pre 85. i like the other Z's but i am not a huge fan of the Z32. any way so i like alot of the crowns and cressidas, the L320 i posted earlier and older 200SX's (saw one today) and RX3's RX5's and RX Trucks and other such things. mostly any thing japanese and not honda (unless it was a really early CVCC)

any way cruisng craigs list again because theres alot more than old Z's arround here i found a 1977 Celica GT FastBack. i think i know where this one is, not too far from my house, hasnt moved very far except it was once parked in the street but i saw them push it up by the house where its been the past few months, heres the ad

$500 isnt too bad, i have the feeling its missing the title though which is a big chunk of change ($100+ for lost/missing/stolen title) i have a few very stong leads on a job too. what do you think its gonna run me to fix these problems with this car though? including the rust. its very straight if its the one i am thinking, faded yellow but doesent look bad, needs buffing, appears to have stainless steel exhaust and other mods considering the webbers, and thats another thing, carbed not injected.

first check i am going to get headers, intake exhaust gasket, injectors and mabe a rail for the Z but i'll need something to drive in the mean time so i was thinkin get something old and neat and when i am done with the Z work on the other car

also what would you offer if $500 is too much, webbers are expencive alone and even if its a defective part instead of just needing a rebulid or tune they still retain a bit of value.

i got enough of those when i was in japan last summer, theyre kinda neat but when you see dozens of them with protruding lower jay body kits and all sorts of bat mobile wings its kinda.....eh
