Wilwood Rear discs Like Tom's
Wilwood Rear discs Like Tom's
Hey Guys,
Another plan I have for this Winter is to install Wilwood rear disc calipers like Tom did on his car .
Here is the link to it :

I have to double check and see if these are going to be legal in E Production . Doug Piner told me his is running Wilwoods on the back of his road race car .

I got mine from Speedway Motors... Here's their short link:

If that doesn't work, just go to their main page and click your way through...

Thanks Tom !!
Wow other then the cost to have the bracket made up it won't be that expensive of a swap.
What brake lines did you end up using ?
Did you use any adaptors or run your own lines from the remote resevoir ?
Also what pads are you running with the
set up for autocross ?

For brake lines I just ran some short steel lines from the T above the diff out to the frame rails and then ran braided lines to the caliper. Learn from my experience and don't put the braided line directly above the halfshafts... bad things happen there...
My pads are Carbotech Kelated Greens. They stop well, but they squeel like the proverbial pig. I've tried extra shims, brake quiet, and a few other things... They are just annoyingly noisey. I am considering trying the Hawk HP plus to see if they work as well without the noise.
