I do it for fun, I'm not in a class running situation like ITE/S though.

I'm not racing ITS or EP, but I am running in vintage CP with HSR-West. Two races so far this year, another at Cal Speedway this weekend. If anyone in SoCal wants to come out, I think the gate fee is something like $10 for the whole weekend. Look for the electric blue 240.

Hey Mike,
Are you legal in VARA with the Z as well ??

Keep and eye out for a white Datsun Roadster 1500
at the events. It is one of the guys from the Roadster racing list.

The car is legal to run with VARA, but it would be a CP3 car since VARA doesn't officially recognize a Z car in CP. I find that pretty amazing since they recognize cars through 72 and Z's were winning a lot right about that time. Anyway, with a CP3 car, I can modify to my heart's content per VARA rules. I'll probably run some VARA events in the near future. There are a whole mess of Datsuns that run HSR. Three Z's and four or five 510's were at Willow last week, plus an actual B210 race car. Kinda a fun group.
