with the current trend of new members with >10 posts coming in and dredging up threads from way back?? i dont get it. something in the water??? really, its just bad forum etiquette.

 

lol, n00bs. but better yet, has any one called flight service lately, its fawkin SUCKS... its all voice activated and doesnt link to teh nearest flight service station anymore, just the firt open operator in the state, and if that doesnt happen, it goes to the first open operator in general, this morning i talked to some one if washington.... WASHINGTON DAMNIT!!! i miss kankakee flight service they new us lewis students....

 

yeah......but if they didn't do that, they'd get flamed for not searching when asking one of the same old questions.

 

that would be fine. the trend seems to be, however. to pop in and re-answer a question that was answerd 3 years ago. or to offer opinion on a topic long dead.

You should post a sticky for proper forum etiquette.

1-Learn how to use the search function.
2-It's ok to ask a question from an old thread.
3-It's not ok to add any comments or opinions on posts over 3 months old.


I've also noticed an increase in the number of noobs that come in here with attitude...for example...A noob posts about the mods they completed asking what others think about it. If someone responds that the noob should've done somethign different, then all hell breaks loose. I think those members should be banned instantly....thanks for comin'...have a nice life...somewhere else.

 

yeah, seems theres alot of other forums that have what 91 just posted, most of them just explaining the search and to use it first, the other stuff though is new and good advice.

i didnt even get flamed, they just didnt answer. seems odd to me how so many ppl could not know a dang thing.
