I read that this old Japanese TV series had a gull wing 280zx in it. I found these videos on youtube. You can see just a glimpse of the side of the gullwing ZX in the 3rd one. They also show an S30 Fairlady Z flying through the air a few times. :D ..few Laurels.

the 280zx is not a true gull wing though. only the t-top and side window hindge up. the door still opens in the usual manner

Is it a 2+2, nice taste if it is. Only having one half of a car door do that is pointless though. The TV show looks like every 70s and 80s cop show cliche I've ever seen.

why wouldn't it have the fender mirrors?

ya, fender mirrors. That is a RHD Fairlady Z. It should have the side mirrors out on the fenders just in front of the wheels.

oh ya but it has those square mirrors... i dont like em.....
i wonder who has that Z now...
i like how its a 2+2 but instead of the fugly shaped rear window it has those louvers or wateva they are....
