I currently have Gran Turismo 4 in the background on B-Spec mode playing the 24 Hour Nurburgring Nordschleife race for me. Crazy stuff that game is. Think I oughta head to sleep see if I can actually have enough sleep/energy for once so I can get started with the whole tranny swap.

 

I miss gt4. I had a 1st gen ps2 that had thousands upon thousands of hours of game play, alot due to leaving GT4 on b-spec mode, and it crapped out on me this year. Right after I got gradius 6 too. Crucial

 

Surprisingly enough this is the first race I'm actually using B-Spec on. Everything else I've done A-Spec on and I've done some of those 4 hour endurance races. I just finished up the 1000! Miles championship in the european events. THat was a fun one. I got 15 laps into Nurburgring left the system on overnight to try and get some sleep and the power went out. I basically ended up doing that race 1½ times! That sucked.

 

i have completed ALL endurance races in a-spec and keep a current back up copy handy!

that Graphtie Grey R32 is Pretty damn Quick. reminds me of my buddy' R32 alotta.

 

i also do all of my racing in a-spec in gt 4, just doesnt seem right or fair to complete a game using the computer. i like my toyota gt car, its the quickest in the game, i also like to use my 280zx to beat the vipers!!!

 

I use the White TT Z32 for that. I even drift across the A'Pex with it

Here's what a friend and I managed to do!

 

ive done that in a coupla diff. cars too. i like turning off all the assists and trying to keep it together on the nurburgring at 200+ speeds on the long straight on that long sweeping corner. its all good till ya hit the brakes for the sharp right. you guys got great screenies, howd ya get them to your pc? i even got the logitech force feedback wheel and pedals, that adds lots of reality. only above 160mph, the wheel starts to shake, anyone else experiance this?

When you save a replay you can go to the replay theater and watch your replays. If you hit select it'll go into photo mode and you can mess around with that and if you have a portable USB memory storage device you can plug that into your PS2 and save directly to the USB device and upload it to your computer.

 

o, i c, thanks man, ill give that a try when i get it setup again, get some sweet drifting shots, can we do video uploads from ps2's as well, cause then i can post them

Wow, i wish i could have known that you can upload pics from the ps2 to a comp. I had some kick *** rally pics. Course i find out only after my ps2 died. Crucial

BAH! I only have driving mission 34 left. I'm down to a 7:11.6 on Nurburgring with the SLR, but this mission is still ridiculous.

 

im still at 50% left in the game, so i got a ways to go. plus since i moved, i havent played, or even setup the ps2, and now the big tv is upstairs, and there is only a 13" tv downstairs. bah!, i need my ps2!! and bardabe your vid doesnt work, it says ready, and never plays???
