LOL! I didn't even notice your new title until just now. Me just has a bit of a hangover from last night, so me a lil slow right now.

Mr. Wolf is really cool! He used to sit in a rocking chair in my bedroom, and when people walked past the door, they saw him out of the corner of their eye, took a second look and said stuff like, "Whoa!", "What the ...?" or "OMG, that scared me!". Haha! Mr. Wolf is in storage in GA right now, so I miss him.

I plan on moving to Cali in 15 months, but still haven't decided where I'm gonna live. If I can find a reasonably priced house in So Cal, then I'll move there, but the chances of that are slim to none. So, I'll probably end up moving to Sacramento.

 

In 15 mths. the house prices should be way down. I guess there already dropping, thats what my moms says...but i'm going back in Dec. so tell me the where abouts you want to live and i'll find a house. Like i said though my moms is wanting to sell, later next year. So yeah. hit me back with what all you want, 1/2 story, yard, etc..

 

They're dropping - really? Looks like waiting to move just might pay off then! I want at least a 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, attached 2 car garage, fenced-in back yard. The less grass to mow, the better - just need enough romping room for my huge hairy kids (they're indoor dogs).

I'm used to a spacious house, so I'd like a minimum of 2,000 sq. ft. Also, a safe neighborhood is a must. The higher paying jobs in my profession are in the L.A. area, so I'd like to have no more than a 10 mile commute. Thanks for helping me!

 

Ok near la, 10 min. yard, 3 bed room and 2 bath 2 car garage. Thats kinda specific in la.. it prob. won't happen, i'll look around. Though. And i like the moonin very classy.

move to canada, here in b.c., the house you described at peak season is only 300,000 cdn dollars, and is 2700 sq feet. my house is 2000 sq ft, 7000 sq ft lot, and cost 243,000. but it has 3 bdrms, and only one bath. alley with a one car garage

 

Awe, thanks, Shady, but my law practice will be limited to only Cali for 3 years upon graduation, so I gotta live there in the meantime. I plan to visit Canada after I get moved to Cali though - always wanted to go there, and will be that much closer.

 

Yeah i'm going to visit, once i make money. In cali its very easy. So i'll be around, and have to hit you up when i'm there....i'll look for you though barbie.
