WRX/STI are **** on the interior and design.. Sorry but the GTR is a *rare* car to have in the US hence the ability to fetch such a price tag for it. It's heavy but parts to beef up the suspension and a few mods to the engine and you have a 400HP car that runs on rails that noone else has.
The ability to have a high HP car, that is nice, and that you don't see on every street corner raises the bar for me. What fun is it to have the same thing everyone else has.
VW R32 is a prime example of having something everyone else doesnt.

evo has the 4G63 motor though which is like the second fastest, or most powerful import motor in the world, aka jhon shepherd in his talon, its the same motor, just newer and tweaked a bit and ofcoarse in a different car. the WRX doesnt have that rating. thats how it should be looked at, what can you do to each motor. and the WRX with that damn boxer engine is a pain in the *** to do **** on. the evo you just remove some plastic and theres actually a bit of room under there, and alot easier to work on.

I want to see more Evo's in rally cross though, I think they're mean as hell looking and most people have a subaru. But I wouldn't mind having any of those cars (evo, sti, skyline), even though I am happy with my volvo rally cross, i finally beat the 240SX with it.

but the RB is still the best. the onyl motor that can rev up to 8K nad put 280AWHp at Will.

I hate u NISSAN BASHERS.... I would rather have a Nissan SKyline GTR r-34 over any other car.. EVo WRX any day... oh yea u can tell your friends.. i got a EVO or a WRX... but when u say " yeaaa BEOOOTCH i got a SKYLINE GTR " that comands REPSECT...

if nissan built a little slowboxbox with a 4 banger in it, and slapped the SKYLINE name on it, i guarantee it would sell in the states like crazy. that is why i am over the skyline thing. it has become a name thing. kids play games and watch F&F, and get a skyline hard on, just because its the cool thing to have a hard on over. if they were not priced so rediculously high over here, and came LHD, then i would consider one, or if i lived in japan. but for what they want over here, there are a LOT of other things i would get with 100k. like one of every Z made, in great shape. or a Pantera and a 911 and a TT z32. or a used ford GT. or a house. the list goes on.
